**Based in Northampton the ALD Flex department provides ALD Automotive corporate customers with a cost-effective solution for medium or long term vehicle rental, including delivery and collection anywhere in the UK. ALD Flex also manage the sourcing, repair and disposal (via franchise dealers and trade outlets) of new ALD vehicles at the Milton Keynes site.**
**Following internal promotion and subsequent reallocation of tasks we’re delighted to be looking for an addition to the Flex Team.**
**Key Purpose**
- Assist the Senior Operation Executive updating the daily stock list ensuring all data is loaded correctly.
- Raise, maintain and assist in various vehicle purchase orders, updating the allocation spreadsheet during the process.
- Assist the Operations Manager in the vehicle disposal process including chasing of payment and arranging the delivery and collection of vehicles.
- Arrange and monitor new vehicle orders, ensuring that all vehicles are loaded correctly on the stock list upon arrival on site.
**Summary of Responsibilities**
- Assist in the process of converting Flex vehicles to Lease, arranging services, safety checks and delivery.
- Arrange and quotes and orders for MCAM vehicles to be loaded onto Flex fleet.
- Check all new vehicle invoices against orders raised.
- Assist in the process of arranging Flex vehicles to be serviced to ensure vehicle availability for rental.
- Re-fleet of Flex rental vehicles on Fleetware when required to assist the rental team.
- Check all vehicle service invoices against estimates obtained from dealers so that the Operations Manager can authorise payment.
- Collate information for permanent supervision controls for review on a quarterly period.
**Skills, Experience & Background**
- Experience of vehicles preparation processes & sales
- Confident telephone manner & verbal communication
- Good eye for detail including proven capability in Excel
- Committed team player with background to support
- Proven customer negotiation skills

- Adaptable with evidence of good time management
