Help us make a difference as a **Aftersales Support Executive** on an initial 6 month fixed term contract in **Barlborough.**

**A quick look at the role.**

Based at our offices at Barlborough the role is to support processes such as the end to end eCommerce sales, contract chasing, credit and contract referral and general after sales actions.

- You will be tasked to support Aftersales for SME sales over several platforms including our new Ecommerce functionality.
- You will manage and maintain a pipeline to generate profitable new business growth, explore and identify customer needs to offer a consultative sales approach for all potential new customers, whilst delivering an excellent standard of customer service at all times.
- Being the vital point of contact for new customers to complete the sales process ensuring a smooth start to the customer journey whilst maintaining compliance.
- Any other Aftersales Support duties required.

**Requirements**:

- To be customer focused and empathetic to customer needs.
- Exceptional ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written.
- Have the ability to plan, organise and prioritise.
- Have the ability to keep strict deadlines.
- To be able to act with integrity, demonstrating respect for colleagues, maintaining confidentiality and business focus.
- Have the ability to work in fast paced environment, show resilience and can work under pressure.
- Great negotiation skills.
- Is tenacious to resolve customer queries in a timely manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service or sales environment - desirable.
