**A day in the life of a Branch Manager**:
At LKQ Euro Car Parts we recognise that our people are our most valuable asset. They make the difference between good and great. In our branch network the Branch Manager is one of the key roles for LKQ Euro Car Parts, ensuring that the branch team are fullyaligned and driving sales and representing LKQ Euro Car Parts professionally when dealing with all external and internal partners.

The day starts bright and early, to ensure the branch is ready for the start of the trading day at 8am. Leading from the front a Branch Manager holds the daily morning meeting to inform and empower their teams, motivating them to hit the daily Sales/Margintargets & Operational KPI’s

A Branch Manager will look to maintain the highest trade and retail standards, develop talent and maximise our profits at every opportunity throughout the day, every day. This would include visiting trade customers, local national accounts and aiming towin new business, as well as making sure that the Operations Manager is keeping a tight ship back in branch to manage customer expectations.

- The ability to develop customer relationships & proven history of growing customer connectivity
- Experience of leading and motivating a large team
- Great communicator, confident to be involved in HR, performance management, succession planning and recruitment
- High levels of focus, energy and drive
- Good business acumen
- Target driven individual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a high pressure and fast-paced environment
- Capable of managing all costs like a business owner
- Stock control, Fleet management capability & a proven record of H&S
- Average of 46 hours per week Monday to Friday from 8am - 6pm and alternate Saturdays from 8am - 4pm
