We have a part-time position of 21 hours a week and full-time position of 37.5 hours a week available at the Information Desk at Inverness Airport. We are looking for reliable and flexible individuals. The role will be salaried.
You will be required to work shifts. The current rostered hours are set out to cover the airport operational hours between 05:00 and 22:00 hours - Monday to Sunday.
An early shift 04:30 - 13:30, a Middle shift 09:00 - 17:30 and Late shift 13:30 - 22:00.
Over-time pay will be supplemented at time and a half out with the contracted hours of 37.5 a week on weekdays and Saturdays and double time out with contracted hours on a Sunday.

The position of the Customer Service Advisor incorporates Facilities Management services and Customer Services in an active role where daily inspections, procedures and duties are carried out to the Facilities Management contract specifications at Inverness Airport.

The role of Customer Service Advisor will include but not be limited to the following operational areas:

- Provide a supportive role to the Facilities Management Supervisors:

- Complete certain tasks, activities and projects organised in connection with Inverness Airport
- Assist and contribute to maintaining the close working relationship with our client
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Identify, investigate and report issues in relation to Maintenance, Customer services and Airport Facilities and escalate and resolve to a satisfactory conclusion
- It is expected that, from time to time, the acquisition of additional shifts over and above the rostered shift pattern will be required in order to assist in covering annual leave / absence.
- Disruptions to scheduled working hours can result due to weather delays and airline / airport operational issues
- Assist in the provision of First Aid to situations as a qualified first Aider.
- Contribute towards the completion of Daily and Weekly tasks generated on a work schedule.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAINING**

**Education**

English and Maths to a certificated level

**Hospitality - Customer service**

Experience in Hospitality industry / front facing customer services

**Driving Licence**

Applicant must be in the position of a clean UK Driving Licence.

Previous experience in the Hospitality Industry / front facing customer services

It is desirable but not essential that you have experience in the following fields:
**FM Services**

Building Management

PPM and Reactive Maintenance

Access / Permit to work

**First Aid**

Previous qualification / training in First Response / First Aid role

**Team / Leadership Role**

Previous supervisory / Training role.

Ability to Identify, perform and pass on tasks / instruction within a team environment

**Experience in Aviation**

Work within the Aviation Industry / Airport environment

**Microsoft Office suite**:
Ability to create documents and perform tasks on Microsoft Word / Excel
