£11.25 per hour

**Your Tasks**
- Verify, update, and reconcile inventory information using a computerised records system.
- Despatch of goods and engineering associated equipment.
- Maintain inventory records of all goods issued and receipts by adding or deleting items as they are issued or received.
- Advise the Assistant Stores Controller or Stores Controller of stock discrepancies and shortages, maintain stock at agreed levels.
- Control and issue inventory and process and maintain inventory records.
- Maintain a professional, polite and courteous manner whilst dealing with internal and external customers.
- Promote a high level of quality and safety within the department.
- Help maintain storage of goods in an efficient and safe manner.

**Our Requirements**
- Forklift truck counter balance and reach experience is preferred however training can be provided.
- Hours to work between 6:00 - 18:00, Monday to Friday, and would require occasional shift cover.
- Reasonable standard of secondary education.
- Basic standard of IT skills and competent use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Knowledge of SAP MM modules preferred.
- Experience in an engineering stores related role is preferred.
- Working safely is a priority.
- Well organised, efficient, personable and have a good, confident telephone manner.
- Able to follow written procedures and processes.
