Home to over 150 brands packed into 13,000 square feet, Millstores will provide a shopping experience with something for everyone including fashion, footwear, and accessories as well as a large bedding and homewares department.

We are currently recruiting Retail Store Supervisors to join our busy team.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Retail Store Supervisor will manage a small team to ensure that customers find the products they want and that merchandising plans and department moves are carried out and maintained to the highest of standards.

As a committed and dedicated member of the team, you'll play a key role in helping the store to maintain performance and meet sales targets in these busy departments. As new products are introduced in store, you will build your knowledge to ensure that you can deal with every type of customer enquiry.

Previous experience working in a fashion environment and merchandising skills would be advantageous.

Please note that these roles will include weekend hours and flexibility would be advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £12.44 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 37.5 per week
