Location: Dundrum, Ireland

**Salary**: €35-42k + bonus
Job expectations:

- Oversee all back of house functions within this fast paced Flagship store.
- Lead & develop the team to deliver the highest standards of Operational & Inventory
productivity, compliance & execution
- Drive store performance & profitability with a customer first culture
- Manage delivery processing & inventory flow, to increase sales & exceed delivery
processing KPI's
- Ensure deliveries are treated with priority & efficiently to avoid any loss of sales
- Partner with the Management team team to ensure daily replenishment requirements
are achieved & replenishment targets are exceeded
- Manage store supply requirements & expenses within agree budget
- Set high standards of housekeeping in all store support areas, create a behavior
within the teams to maintain high standards
- Manage store opening, closing elements which relate to registers, cash
management efficiently to company guidelines, daily reconciliation
- Managing the shop floor when necessary
- Manage the operational training of customer support processes, including RFID
- Experience in a similar, fast paced, high volume stock driven environment
- Managed large teams and delivered operational excellence through effective
management
- Warehouse, Logistics, Outlet, premium, operational management experience preferable
- Proactive, assertive approach to work, whilst always maintaining high
expectations of due diligence
- Motivational and coaching approach to Management
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Level headed, considered and mature approach to work
