- To implement and uphold the aims, policies and stated ethos of the school.

- Be responsible for the effective management of your classroom to encourage independent learners in line with the school ethos.
- Supervise the work of any support staff, including teaching assistants, who are assigned to work within the class.
- Create create a pleasant, stimulating and positive learning environment.
- To communicate and consult effectively with the parents of children
**To be successful in this role you must**:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (or equivalent)
- Hold a valid DBS on the Update Service (or be happy to process a new one)
- Provide two professional references that must cover recent teaching experience
- Provide a full CV History, with any gaps in employment explained
- Have Overseas Police Checks (if lived out of the UK for more than 6 months in the last 5 years)
