Nourish Trainer

We are looking for a remote Trainer with requirements for travel and overnight stays. This includes the needs for regular periods at the company Head Office in Bournemouth, Dorset for training and meetings.
**Main Duties**
- To input to the development, maintenance and implementation of a training plan to new and existing customers. To ensure focussed and high-quality training of the Nourish system. This will tie into and integrate with the wider organisational training plan.
- To contribute to all supporting documentation for training.
- Help to test system upgrades - remotely and on-site and feedback any bugs or potential problems to the Product Manager.
- Be responsible for adherence to the organisations Information Security, Information Governance and Information Management policies, procedures and standards. This is inclusive of GDPR compliance.
- To liaise with the Training team regularly and offer guidance and mentoring with the development of training materials and manuals as required. Including attending and contributing to regular trainers meetings.
- To support all users of the Nourish system in the resolution of operational problems as they arise, to ensure that all sites use the systems fully and most effectively.
- To record all issues on CRM system and manage any updates to documentation in a staged manner.
- To keep required records on each individual training session to provide feedback data.
- Build effective working relationships both internally within the organisation and externally with our care providers.
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of regulatory standards and best practice requirements relevant to your position
- Participate in own professional and personal development activities and be aware of wider models outside of Nourish. E.G MUST, BMI, ABC etc
- Be willing to undertake project work or special tasks in accordance with business requirements and be willing to participate in giving formal and informal training to other professionals and coworkers.
- To liaise with an assigned training buddy regularly to ensure contact while operating remotely.
- To attend events and represent Nourish as and when required.
- To be flexible in the job role as required.
- To be jointly responsible along with other members of the training team to ensure all training is allocated and covered
**Relationship Management**
- To maintain strong effective relationships with all departments within Nourish.
- To ensure our care providers questions and concerns are dealt with in a prompt polite fashion and provide exceptional customer service.
- To work as a team alongside all departments as necessary and when required.
- To establish a strong rapport with our care providers and to be the voice of Nourish.
- To inform the Implementation Manager of any issues with company equipment where their intervention is required.
- To communicate with the Product and Design team any bugs identified within Nourish.
**Key performance Indicators**
- Number of training session facilitated.
- Feedback on sessions via quality monitoring
- Maintaining CRM management system
**General**
- To have a general understanding of digital markets and technologies
- To ensure that training sessions are planned in a methodical manner.
- To constantly remain updated on general news and events in the care industry.
- Aiding the Product team in testing and feedback of the system.
- On-going self-development and working towards goals/targets.
**Experience & Qualifications**
- Experience and knowledge of the health and social care sector.
- Experience of delivering both classroom and workshop style group training.
- A proven track record of working to tight deadlines in a busy and challenging environment.
- Experience of dealing with customers and prioritising tasks.
- Ability to work well alone and within a team and support other team members as appropriate.
- Detailed knowledge of the solution being delivered
- Detailed knowledge of the departmental workflow policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to produce a high standard of documentation to support training
- Thorough knowledge of effective learning styles and the ability to competency assess delegates whilst having appreciation of the customers’ objectives.
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to embrace change
- Able to train/support less experienced trainers and to provide internal training to other members of the team
- Able to advise Helpdesk staff on product related customer calls.
