**Your Company - Customer Service Advisor**

As a National Account Executive, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference by providing first class support for their primary national account customers. You will have the chance to work alongside leading brands within the hospitality industry. As you grow within this role, it will also open up the chance to work with retailers such as Tesco, Morrisons, Co-op and more

**Your Role - Customer Service Advisor**
- Experience the perfect balance of office camaraderie and the comfort of working from home with 4 office-based days per week at the Sutton office and the freedom to choose your own home-based workday
- Make a real impact on their customers' satisfaction by delivering outstanding customer service to the business’ national accounts and being a true problem-solver, swiftly dealing with and resolving any complaints that arise.
- Be a vital part of the team by being a true team player, always ready and willing to support and help both your colleagues and customers in any way needed.
- Ensure that every order is handled with care and precision, and that their customers' trust is upheld by maintaining accurate records of prices, administration and customer information.
- Join forces with the Head of Sales to bring new and exciting projects to life, play a crucial role in determining pricing for customers and gain valuable insights by analysing and reviewing sales data.
- Promote company products where necessary within existing accounts for new line sales.
- Ensure the correct maintenance of follow-up procedures and standard measures to potential clients.
- Responsible for supporting sales office functions in times of absence and holiday leave.
- Responsible for updating the company database with customer information changes and adding new customer details in your areas of responsibility.

**Your Background - Customer Service Advisor**
- You must have at least 3 years of Customer Service experience.
- You must have previous experience within an FMCG environment.
- You have excellent communication skills both written and verbally.
- You are highly numerate with the ability to be accurate and organised with data and information.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- You must possess qualifications to an A-Level standard/or equivalent qualifications.

**Your Package & Benefits - Customer Service Advisor**
- Earn between £30000-£32000 basic salary per annum (negotiable)
- Qualify for the company pension scheme, where you will receive a 4% company contribution.
