Options Autism are recruiting Autism Practitioners to join our team at Kinsale based in Holywell, Flintshire.

Options Kinsale is a residential children’s home and school located in a stunning rural location, near Holywell, overlooking the Dee Estuary. We provide specialist education and care for up to 25 students, aged 8 - 19. They have a range of complex needsincluding ASC and ADHD, in addition to impaired social or cognitive functioning due to early life trauma and attachment difficulties. There may also be some personal care dependant upon the individual needs of our children. We are looking for hardworking,dedicated individuals who are passionate about children and committed to making a difference in their lives.

Kinsale is **based in Holywell** but is within commutable distance of Prestatyn, Rhyl, Conwy, Llandudno and surrounds.

**Who we are looking for**:
Although, experience is not required, we need people who fit the following criteria
- People with a big heart and passion to make a difference to the residents’ lives
- Understanding that the children and young people we care for can be challenging
- Be patient, resilient and calming
- Become the “go to” person for help, support and guidance with their everyday needs
- Willingness to learn not only about the children and young people we support, but the ins and outs of Children’s Residential care, by working towards a **funded qualification in Children Young People and Families**
