Gatekeeper/concierge

We’re seeking a committed person to join us in a gatehouse and concierge role.

Primarily greeting our guests as one of the first smiling faces they see at our gatehouse, you’ll be responsible in ensuring vehicle access is managed correctly and efficiently helping guide our guests through their stay.

Working alongside other teams in the hotel you’ll be expected to have great customer service and a helpful approach towards maintaining the 5 star appearance of the hotel with duties to reflect this.

Days/hours are expected to be 3 or 4 days per week with shifts from 10.00am to 6.00pm and 12noon to 8.30pm, which will include some weekend work.

£12.65 per hour paid weekly.
