Treatment Coordinator

Smilewell Dental is a newly established private dental practice based in the heart of Borehamwood, led by one of the leading implantologists in the UK Dr Adeel Ali. Our goal is to offer our patients a premium service where customer service is at the heart of everything we do. We offer affordable treatment options for all at our warm and welcoming practice.

The treatment coordinator will be the main point of call for patients seeking treatment and will be responsible for talking them through the process, pricing up their treatment package and ensuring the patient is looked after and has an excellent experience throughout. You will be contacting prospective patients and securing their custom by using your skills and knowledge whilst working to targets and KPI’s to drive business. Day to day duties will include:

- Conducting initial consultations with patients.
- Building rapport with clients.
- Creating treatment plans.
- Booking appointments with relevant dentist.
- Taking payments and arranging payment plans and treatment finance.
- Being involved in the entire patient journey.
- Delivering excellent customer service.
- Working to pre-defined targets
- Supporting with marketing activities.
- Ensuring you operate within compliance standards
- Accurate record keeping
- Arranging follow-up appointments
- Scheduling after-care calls/ appointments
- Collating customer feedback and reviews
- Adhering to health and safety standards

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
