As the Head Housekeeper, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests experience the utmost comfort and luxury during their stay. From elegant lodges to pristine common areas, you'll oversee every aspect of cleanliness and presentation, leaving a lasting impression on all who visit.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise the housekeeping team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Develop and implement cleaning protocols and standards to maintain the highest level of cleanliness throughout the property.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and facilities meet our stringent quality standards.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels while optimising cost efficiency.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff to uphold our commitment to exceptional service and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate housekeeping activities and ensure seamless operations.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality management, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering impeccable cleanliness and presentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals, along with a commitment to safety protocols.
