An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Senior Recruitment Campaign Officer at the Trust.

To work within the Recruitment Team providing a quality workforce deployment service for the Trust focussing on creating engaging social media campaigns. Responsible for the organisation, promotion and
engaging hiring Managers with Recruitment Events around Staffordshire on behalf of UHNM.

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Senior Recruitment Campaign Officer to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring our recruitment processes are effective, engaging, and compliant with all relevant policies and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**:
Take ownership of the Recruitment Team social media accounts.

Ensure engaging and regular posts.

Liaise with divisional leads to identify areas of focus for social media campaigns.

**Internal Recruitment Events and Campaigns**:
Engage with and be a point of contact for internal Recruitment Events and campaigns.

Support Divisional Leads with the coordination of administrative tasks linked to recruitment campaigns.

**Reporting and Analytics**:
Produce reports on social media activity and other recruitment and engagement events.

**Training and Support**:
Offer training sessions to hiring managers across the Trust to ensure proficient use of the TRAC system.

**Compliance and Coordination**:
Conduct redeployment checks in line with UHNM Trust policies and procedures.

Ensure the correct onboarding processes are followed.

Manage the recruitment dashboard via TRAC, covering the end-to-end recruitment process.

Experience of the NHS administration systems will be an advantage. You are required to have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
