We have a new opportunity for a first class receptionist to deliver an exemplary reception service for a large retail Jewellery Company with brands in the US, UK and Canada. This is a new position, based in a prestigious building at a business park on the outskirts of Watford.

You will manage the set up and operation of the reception area to ensure a first class experience - creating a welcoming and professional impression for visitors and colleagues.

**The role**

You will provide exemplary 5 star reception service. Your responsibilities will include:
**Reception responsibilities**
- meeting and greeting all visitors to ensure a professional, high-end but warm welcome - you will be the ‘face of the reception’
- you will manage the reception area to ensure it reflects the standards expected
- you will manage visitor sign in protocols
- you will manage deliveries, including couriers and post
- you will liaise and build a strong working relationship with the building reception team to ensure good communication channels are achieved regarding processes for your VIPs and visitors
- you’ll make sure any issues with the facilities are reported to the main reception/central park team and managed to resolution.
- You will also develop a good understanding of the local area and develop a local amenities information file - being the ‘go to’ person.
- You’ll learn about the facilities at the Park, keeping updated about news of events or activities via the website - and communicate to colleagues.
- You will provide any general administrative support which may be required to support the business

**About you**
- You will previously have worked in a corporate office environment and able to deliver a 5 star reception service.
- You will be personable and proactive with a confident, efficient manner
- You will be self-motivated
- You will have excellent written and oral communication skills
- You will be a competent Microsoft Office user and confident to learn new Apps/systems.
- You will enjoy working independently
- You will have a can-do attitude to work
- Start July/August

**The hours and salary**

Working: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm with a one hour paid break. £25,740pa
