Are you looking for a career change or a progressive role within funeral directing? This is a combined role of a Receptionist/ Trainee Funeral Director.

The funeral directing role is one of careful attention in arranging a memorable event and celebration of life for the family and friends of the deceased and you will be seeing it through to fruition on the day. The receptionist role requires preparing afuneral service specific to the deceased but also includes.
- Welcoming clients and making them feel at ease.
- Showing sensitising to the family’s needs and providing them with a confidential and discreet service.
- Accurately processing funeral arrangements and completing all important and relevant paperwork.

**What we ask from you**:

- Highly organised with good administrative and coordination skills
- Accurate and high attention to detail.
- IT Literate and System Savvy - be able to pick up software quickly.
- Excellent communication and listening skills. You will need to be empathetic with a caring and understanding nature.
- Resilient and able to work under pressure.
- Maintain excellent client service either over the telephone or in person at the branch.

Salary will be £21K - £22K per year.

Your working hours will be Monday to Friday 9:30am - 6pm and working 1 Saturday in four 9am - 4pm.
