**Introduction**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
As a Trainer in AET, you will be responsible for:

- Delivering an Award in Education and Training at Level 3 to support the learners develop their skills and be ready for employment
- Enroll the learners in the training course they want to achieve the qualifications from
- Plan and provide assessments to the learners to test and ensure that they comprehend the taught lessons given to them
- Ensure that the learning environment of the learners is conducive to learning

**Experience and Skills**:
As a Trainer in AET, you will need the following to be successful:

- A teaching qualification at level 5 and up (QTS or PGCE)
- A level 2 Functional skill or equivalent
- Approachable, flexible, and great communication skills
