- You will be comfortable working alone or in a team**_
- The ability to carry out works from drawings**_
- Have your own van/vehicle & tools with commercial knowledge**_
- Happy to travel**_
- Carpentry 1st & 2nd Fix**_
- P**_artitioning & Dry Lining
- Plumbing 1st & 2nd Fix**_
- Roofing**_
- Electrical & Fire 1st & 2nd Fix**_
- Groundworks**_
- Landscaping**_
- Plant operator**_
- **The rate of pay will depend on a few things but mostly your experience and previous job positions/ projects you have been involved in.**_

**Salary**: £18.00-£22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Joinery: 3 years (preferred)
- Carpentry: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
