We've got a part-time permanent staff job opportunity within a lovely Whitehaven town centre cafe for a Cafe Assistant. Your job will be to serve food and drinks, keep the cafe clean and tidy and make the customers feel welcome.

You will be working Monday to Friday and the hours will be: 9:00am to 3.00pm (Monday to Thursday) and 10:00am to 5.00pm on Fridays. On occassion you may be asked to work on Saturdays but this will only be when someone is on holiday or off sick. You will be working 28.5 hours per week.

The position will suit someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and who has ideally worked in a catering or retail environment before.

**About you**:

- Passionate abour providing excellent customer service
- Friendly, helpful and polite
- Ideally some catering or retail experience
- Attention to detail
- Can work 9:00am to 3.00pm (Monday to Thursday) and 10:00am to 5.00pm on
Fridays.
- Happy to cover Saturdays if needed
