**My client is a charity who specialise in live-in care and have been established for over 15 years.**
**The Requirements of an Operations Director**:
- Experience working within domiciliary care or live-in care
- Operations experience would be beneficial at management or director level
- Comfortable working with private clients
- Clear understanding of the company’s values and what the service expectations are
- Understanding the customer’s journey
- Real passion for quality
- Strong commercial acumen
- Working with the elderly/dementia
**Key responsibilities of the Operations Director**:
- You will be taking on the responsibility of running the business
- Work closely with the office team in place
- Identifying areas to grow the business - looking to grow by 50%
- Building relationships with the local authorities, Commissioners, stake holders
