**School Caretakers - information about the role**

Tempest Resourcing are seeking an experienced caretaker in The London Borough of Westminster. The role will require someone to start asap and have experience as a caretaker in a school setting. The role will include common caretaking duties such as; security, lighting, heating, stock control, cleaning, maintenance, storekeeping, energy conservation, emergencies and sometimes groundskeeping. The caretaker of the school would report to the premises manager in most cases.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: £12.00-£16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Westminster, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- janitorial: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
