Warehouse Worker

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our Clients in Letchworth area. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately handling, packing and loading goods in a warehouse environment. You will play a key role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and that our customers receive their orders in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Loading, unloading and stacking boxes and pallets in a safe and efficient manner
- Checking goods for damage, accuracy and quality control
- Storing products in correct locations and maintaining accurate inventory records
- Maintaining a clean and tidy warehouse by following health and safety protocols
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicating with other warehouse team members and management
- Following standard operating procedures and quality control standards

Qualifications and Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Experience working in a warehouse environment or operating machinery is beneficial

Working conditions:

- Fast-paced environment
- Long periods on feet
- Personal protective equipment required

Variety of shifts available.

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour

**Experience**:

- Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)
