**Job Title: Supply Teaching Assistant**

**Location: Various Schools (Flexible Locations)**

**Salary: Minimum £76 per day (Increasing in April)**

**Contract: Ad-hoc Monday - Friday 8.30-3.30 (term time only)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide valuable classroom support to teachers and students across a range of educational settings, including SEND, SEMH, and mainstream schools.
- Assist in delivering tailored learning activities and interventions to support students' academic, social, and emotional development, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility for all learners.
- Foster positive relationships with students, providing encouragement, guidance, and assistance to help them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with school staff and SENCOs to implement individualised education plans and support strategies for students with special educational needs and disabilities.
- Adapt quickly to the unique dynamics and requirements of each school environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in responding to the needs of students and staff.
- Maintain professionalism and uphold high standards of conduct in all interactions with students, colleagues, and school stakeholders.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Previous experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting.
- A compassionate and patient demeanour, with a genuine interest in supporting students' learning and well-being.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with students and colleagues.
- Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to thrive in diverse educational environments and handle the challenges of varying assignments.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a willingness to enhance your skills and knowledge as a Teaching Assistant.
