**Up to £30,000 OTE**
**Hourly paid + Service Charge**

**We are currently looking for a Head Patissier and Manager to lead on our for our Coffee unit within Shelter Hall**
Shelter Hall is owned by Sessions - the record label for food. We find the most exciting talent in food, produce delicious hits (menus) and take them on tour to neighbourhoods across the country through our food halls, franchise sites and licensing models.

This role is based within our flagship landmark Food Hall on Brighton’s seafront Shelter Hall is made up of 7 kitchens and 2 permanent bars split across 2 floors including private cocktail room (Skylark), with private dining and unbeatable outside space along with seasonal pop up bars.
Shelter Hall combines a fantastic choice of cuisines and beverages for our guests, to be either ordered through the Shelter Hall app and delivered to their table by our floor team, or at the counter/bar.

One of the Shelter Hall units is mainly used for coffee, pastries and cakes. We're looking for a Manager to come on board and give the unit a full makeover and revamp the offering with your creative flare We require require someone to be proactive in ideas to drive sales from this unit, and introduce new products. It's capable of a lot more than coffee

**What will you do?**
- Work with the senior management team to drive sales in the Coffee Unit
- Revamp the menu and bring your creative flare
- Opening and closing the venue
- Work under/with a strong management team with strong communication
- Have knowledge and passion about food & drink
- Strong work ethic/willing to help out wherever needed
- Keep the team happy, performing and motivated
- Step in to solve any guest issues when most senior on shift

**Requirements**:

- Management experience in a similar environment.
- Creative and business savvy
- Strong people manager
- Friendly, positive attitude
- Confident speaking to new people
- Expert level of English language
- Right to work in the UK
