Previous Experience

We know from experience that Health Care Assistants come from a range of different employment backgrounds and with that can bring lots of new ideas - previous care experience is therefore desirable butNOTessential. - Can demonstrate that you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Can plan and co-ordinate your own work following initial direction
- Have a flexible mindset to be able to complete a range of patient related activities including personal hygiene care.
