Job Summary: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide care and support to individuals in various settings such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and home care. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with their daily activities and promoting their overall well-being. Duties: - Provide personal care and assistance to individuals, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Assist with meal preparation and feeding - Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals - Support individuals with mobility and transfers - Engage in activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation - Monitor and report any changes in individuals' physical or mental health condition - Implement behavior management strategies as needed - Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals - Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals Requirements: - Previous experience in patient care or a related field is preferred - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Ability to work with diverse populations, including children, elderly, and individuals with disabilities - Knowledge of dementia care techniques is a plus - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team - Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £11.44-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 37 per week
