Handyman

Accommodation Links Ltd is a property management company based in Stockport with a large portfolio of residential properties. In order to ensure we are able to provide a premium timely service to our tenants we wish to recruit an in-house general maintenance person to enable us to quickly resolve issues as they arise.

*Key Responsibilities*
- Carrying out scheduled works to the appropriate time frames
- Basic maintenance work
- Joinery work on residential properties
- Experience in Plumbing, Joinery, painting, general property maintenance.
- Making the manager and coordinator aware of any issues that may arise on the job or within the properties
- Collecting keys and travelling to different properties
- Working with the wider team and other maintenance operatives on jobs
- Ad hoc work that may arise

**Skills Knowledge and Expertise**
- Strong level of maintenance experience
- Ability to work alone
- Highly organised and able to work to timeframes
- High levels of integrity and reliability
- Ideally worked within a maintenance division for an estate agency or large company
- Salary negotiable depending on experience.
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Access to a company Van

Track and trace leaks, tiling, bathroom refurbishments, kitchen refurbishments, remedial repairs after a leak, repair or replace locks, hang doors, guttering, double glazed units, painting and decorating, plastering, plumbing, minor electrics & handyman jobs.

The above is a small description of the different type of work we receive on a day-to-day basis. We are looking for someone who is very experienced to work either on their own or as part of a team.
