We are in search of a dynamic **Lead Generation Specialist** based in Western Europe to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about driving business growth through innovative lead generation strategies and excels in leveraging data-driven insights. As a core member of our sales team, you'll be instrumental in shaping our lead generation framework and nurturing valuable customer relationships.

**What You'll Do**:

- ** Lead Generation, Nurturing & Qualification**:

- Develop and execute content marketing and lead generation campaigns across various channels, ensuring effective reach and engagement.
- Design, optimize, and manage landing pages to maximize lead capture and conversion.
- Analyze campaign performance, using data to drive strategic decisions and continuously refine lead generation tactics.
- Maintain and enhance the lead generation framework, ensuring effective distribution and assignment of leads.
- Track and report key performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Implement targeted lead nurturing strategies, leveraging automation and personalized follow-ups to enhance customer engagement.
- Manage CRM operations, ensuring accurate lead tracking and data integrity.
- ** Management of Sales Data & Performance Analysis**:

- Generate insightful reports and dashboards to communicate lead generation and conversion performance.
- Analyze sales data and CRM metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize sales funnel effectiveness.
- ** Field Marketing Engagement & Market Promotion**:

- Coordinate and manage logistics for industry events, webinars, and conferences, aiming to generate new leads and strengthen existing relationships.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure alignment of promotional strategies with overall business objectives.
- ** Market Research & Expansion**:

- Partner with the Market Development Director to monitor industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct thorough market research, analyzing competitor strategies, customer needs, and market potential to guide strategic decision-making.

**About You**:

- Bachelor’s degree in the Life Sciences
- Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the biotech or related industry.
- Strong analytical skills, with a knack for interpreting data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Proficient in CRM management and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Innovative and strategic thinker, with a customer-centric mindset and a commitment to driving business growth.
- Ability to travel as required for field marketing engagements and industry events.
- Full professional proficiency in the English language.

**Nice to have**:

- Advanced ability to speak additional languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish) in a professional setting highly preferred.
- Knowledge of or experience with single cell technology.
- Inside sales experience.

Base Salary Range - $57,000 - $70,000 USD
