_**INTRODUCTION**_

Smart Energy West Midlands Ltd specialise in the installation of Loft, Cavity Wall & Underfloor Insulation and Heating Systems in both the ECO & private sectors. Due to continued growth we are recruiting for motivated individuals who understand how to carry out accurate Retrofit Assessments and that can identify energy efficiency improvement options at customers homes. This permanent position is well suited to an individual looking to get some stability from working directly for an installer within a booming industry.

We pride ourselves on delivering an excellent customer experience so having a great personable manner is crucial to succeed in this role.
- **RESPONSIBILITIES**_
- Working with our compliance team to desktop audit all surveys submitted to the business. Must have a keen eye and strong experience.
- Spending time modelling various scenarios within an EPR to determine the best combination of measures for each property.
- Training other surveyors to ensure all surveys conducted for the company are fully compliant.
- Confirming your appointments on the day (which are booked by the office)
- Surveying properties to complete an initial EPC and then discuss possible energy saving measures that can be installed through ECO funding
- Driving to customers properties mainly across the Midlands however travel outside of the area may be required
- Working together with our Retrofit Coordinator to help produce accurate Whole House Retrofit Improvement Plans
- Producing formal quotes for customers and following up to close business
- Comply with Health & Safety requirements at all times
- Take photographic evidence of the property to meet our compliance requirements through our App
- Drawing floor plans and installation plans to clearly illustrate what work you have agreed at survey to allow the install team to deliver the service accurately
- Complete daily vehicle inspections
- **QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS**_
- Domestic Energy Assessor NVQ level 3
- Retrofit Assessor Qualification is essential
- Good customer facing skills
- Must be competent with tablets/mobile devices
- Full driving licence with no more than 6 points

Our Head Office is based on the Waterfront in Brierley Hill, Dudley with our warehouse a 5 minute drive away. We have mainly been installing within the ECO (Government Funding) market. £32,000 per annum starting salary

Bonuses provide OTE up to £55,000
