- My client, a **Luxury Country House Boutique Hotel**, based in a Stunning Location on the **Shores of Lake Ullswater**, only a few miles from the **Busy Town of Penrith**, is looking for a **Talented Assistant Food & Beverage Manager **to help oversee the running of a;**:

- Stylish & Elegant 2 AA Rosette Fine-Dining Restaurant**:

- Contemporary World Bar**:

- Opulent Private Dining Rooms**:

- Busy Function Spaces**.
- As Assistant F&B Manager and **No 3 in the Management Structure**, you’ll be incredibly hands-on, leading from the front at all times. This isn’t a role for an office dweller, we want this person to become synonymous with the Hotel.
- **Winner of Numerous Industry Awards**, as Assistant F&B Manageryou’ll work closely and manage with some **Incredibly** **Talented Hospitality Professionals** to ensure that the F&B Operation maintains its outstanding reputation as one of the **Premier Destination F&B Venues in The Lake District**
- With astrong Operations Managerin place to support you, you’ll also be counted on to identify, develop and drive new business and F&B revenue opportunities.
- Working closely with senior management on a daily basis, this is a chance to really develop and expand your knowledge on what it takes to run a successful, market leading luxury hotel, including **Setting Budgets**, **Forecasting**, **Revenue Strategies** etc.
