Fully office based role

A well-established company with international links. The office is located near Canada Water in London.

Main duties:
To provide logistics support and excellent customer service.

The Role:

- To respond to customer enquiries or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- To offer advice on company’s services and products
- To liaise with couriers and transportation companies to arrange conveyance
- To ensure compliance with country regulations
- To provide quotations to customers
- To manage the administration for each case and update customers on a regular basis
- To attend events and meetings with clients on-site when required
- Fluent in Portuguese
- Previous experience in Customer Service and/or logistics - beneficial
- Proactive, confident and empathetic personality
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- IT literate
- Able to work occasional evenings and one weekend every 8 weeks

Pay: Up to £34,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
