**Duties**:

- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Clean and sanitize work surfaces, floors, and walls
- Dispose of trash and recycling properly
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic food preparation and cooking techniques is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen
- Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions from the kitchen staff
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
