This position is for someone who can perform both administrative and operational tasks, such as taking care of accurate records, planning activities and assisting children to THRIVE

**Responsibilities**:

- Work alongside other support workers, professionals and families
- Provide individual and family support ranging from daily living skills, education, wellbeing support and personal care
- Support children and young people in key areas of their life, this can include morning school routines, bedtime routines, assisting with education and accessing their local communities
- Work with a team to plan and implement programs and activities.
- Assist in the implementation of individual's plans for care and support services.
- Adhere to support and care plans and procedures
- Work within the organisations policies and procedures framework
- Work in accordance with regulations
- Proactively contribute to professionals development

Essential:

- Must be a car driver who holds business insurance

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £10.80-£11.80 per hour
