Applicants must be able to work one of the below rotas:
**Position 1 (12.655 hours on average a week)**

Week 1

Wednesday: 15:30-19:30

Friday: 13:45-22:00

Saturday: 09:00-15:30

Week 2

Wednesday: 06:00-14:00

**Position 2 (8.75 hours on average a week)**

Week 1

Sunday: 10:00-16:30

Week 2

Saturday: 14:00-19:30

Sunday: 10:00-16:30

**Requirements of Customer Advisor**
- Work/volunteer experience within a customer facing environment
- The ability to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills

**Responsibilities of Customer Advisor**
- Taking part in all relevant sales activity
- Cash handling
- Basic IT skills
