1 To provide and maintain a high standard of mammography, teamwork and patient care required by the National Health Service Breast Cancer Screening Programme for Warrington, Halton, St. Helens and Knowsley Breast Screening Service. 2 To provide comprehensive radiographic cover for the symptomatic breast services at Warrington and Halton Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and St Helens and Knowsley Hospital NHS Trust. 3 To be able to work with mammography equipment to perform sufficient diagnostic images.
4 To know and uphold the IR(ME)R 2017 regulations and local rules pertaining to Ionising Radiation and justification of requests. Please see the attached document for a full Job Description.
