**Salary**:£22,425 plus Outer London Weighting £3,315

**Contract/duration**:Fixed Term until 29th September 2024

**Hours/working pattern/hours**:35 hours per week with some weekend work required. Your shifts will be 9am - 5.15pm

What it's like to work here:This is a role working in the outdoor plant department in our beautiful Garden Centre with the historic walls of Morden Hall Park. The role would be perfect for those who relish the opportunity of working outdoors, have a passion for plants, people and gardening and who love working as a team. Duties will range from plant care to customer service and beyond, suiting highly adaptable and energetic individual as this is a varied and physically demanding role.

What you'll be doing:As Retail Team Member you’ll offer customers help and shopping advice with their purchases. Other duties may include receiving, unpacking, and arranging deliveries, creating shop displays and working with other members of the team to keep the shop floor area clean and organised. This role would suit anyone with a passion for delivering great customer service and an interest in learning about retail.
