**About the Role**: We are recruiting for Engineering Assistant for a large, modern and high-profile distribution site.

As the Engineering Assistant, you will be
- completing preventive and corrective maintenance.
- ensuring all activities undertaken are done so in a safe considered manner, in line with legislation and site risk assessments.
- making sure all Engineering activities are completed effectively and efficiently,

For the successful Engineering Assistant, we are seeking the following qualities:

- NVQ L2 or greater in an Engineering discipline, 5 years work experience in a related role
- Experience with Conveyors, Cranes, sortation and Hanging garment is desirable,
- Knowledge of automation or Engineering maintenance functions is essential
- Self-motivated, able to work and motivate others.
- Able to maintain effective professional working relationships
- Ability to work at height

**This role requires shift work**
