M and e Supervisor

**Contract**: Full Time, Temporary - 6 months

**Salary**: £35,000 per annum.

**Hours**: 39 hours per week, Monday - Friday

In this role you will be required to supervise the multi-discipline M&E Maintenance team on a daily basis, source materials, communicate across all levels of Estates with school staff, contractors, visitors and suppliers, as well as other duties outlined below:
M and E Supervisor Responsibilities
- Day to day supervision of multi-discipline M&E Maintenance team
- Plan, prioritise, allocate and organise the team to complete work orders within SLA’s.
- Coordinate emergency responses utilising M&E Maintenance Team and contract support as necessary.
- Ensures safe systems of work are followed for working
- Carry out routine inspections and follow up on necessary corrective actions.
- Sourcing and procuring materials
- Complete planned work in support of the team as instructed by the Maintenance Manager.
- Be able to communicate across all levels with school staff, contractors, visitors and suppliers.
- Make provisions to ensure the health and safety of staff and visitors are not affected by M&E maintenance works.
- Occasional visits to off-site premises at Maidwell Hall. A current driving license is essential.
- To work collaboratively alongside the Building Fabric Supervisor.
- Contributes to creation and adjustment of planned maintenance schedules with the Estates CAFM (QFM) system.
- Assist the M&E Manager in the supervision of contract labour as required.
- Complies with school and Estates policies and procedures including safeguarding, data protection, equality, financial, health and safety, human resource and procurement compliance.

An enhanced DBS check is required
