**Third in charge Qualified Early Years Practitioner**

Seahorse Nursery is a family-owned group of nurseries in Southfields and Wimbledon Park (Southwest London). We provide Love, Education & Fun for children from 3 months to 5 years.

We are looking for a Third in charge Qualified Early Years Practitioner to work in one of our Wimbledon Park nurseries, all year round.

We have full-time and part-time options available (options to work 3, 4 or 5 days, full days or morning/afternoon shifts). Please get in touch so we can discuss flexible work patterns.

**Day to day**
- To support the day-to-day management and operational running of the Nursery alongside management. If the deputy manager is absent, you will take responsibility
- To support management to oversee teaching, learning and assessment
- Support new team members through room-based inductions in partnership with the room leaders
- Prepare and complete activities based on children's stage of development and interests
- Contribute to planning and evaluation of activities
- Develop strong partnerships with parents/careers
- Provide an inclusive environment for colleagues, children and visitors
- Safeguard the children: safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility

**Requirements**:

- Qualified Early Years Educator (L3/L6, QTS, EYTS)
- Looking for a meaningful job and being passionate about child education
- “Can do” attitude
- Available to work all year round
- Suitable references and DBS checks
