Credit Controller

Posturite Ltd are a leading provider of ergonomic solutions in the workplace helping thousands of clients improve the health, happiness and productivity of their employees through a range of solutions.

We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join our friendly team based at our Head Office in Berwick, East Sussex. There will be an opportunity to work from home 2 days per week after the initial 4/6 weeks training period. This is a growing dynamic team that offers room for growth, training and development.

**Duties**:

- Call companies to make them aware of the outstanding debt & chase for payment
- Take phone calls for credit control queries
- Efficiently rectify any possible duplications/errors by liaising with customer services
- Sending copy invoices as requested.
- Tackling old debt to try & resolve any ongoing problems that had delayed payment up until now
- To ensure that all overdue debt is kept as low as possible
- Setting of credit limits on current and new accounts
- Checking account status for orders to be released
- Take ownership of your accounts
- Advise if and accounts need to be referred to our solicitors
- Work towards individual and team targets by reducing debtor days

Applicants should be competent using Microsoft Office and have great customer service skills.

Pay: £24,000.00 per year
