Bartender, Bowland Beer Hall

Bowland Beer Hall are extending their staff team and we have some great opportunities for Bartenders to join the fast pace, exciting environment that is the Beer Hall in the heart of Clitheroe.

Reporting to the Bar Manager/Duty Manager, you will be responsible for serving customers using a friendly, efficient and professional manner whilst showing confident product knowledge and good communication skill in order to ensure we deliver on our Company values and the guests receive an extraordinary experience every time.

- Be aware of daily business activity and that communication is clear and consistent throughout the shift.
- Be involved in service ensuring customers are greeted, seated and well looked after
- Play a part in training and developing the team to ensure consistent service standards.
- First impressions count and you will be the first person to set the warm and welcoming atmosphere
- Ensure the guests have a fantastic experience from the first interaction to the last
- Be a seasoned pro in the hospitality industry with a strong customer orientation and understanding of service delivery
- Have mastered the ins and outs of exceptional guest service
- Taking orders, waiting tables and ensuring all areas are clean and tidy at all times
- To be confident in up selling and making recommendations through strong product knowledge and maximising sales opportunities
- Excellent knowledge around food and wine with a natural interest in hospitality
- Experience in a fast paced hospitality environment is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
