**Starting Salary - £34,723 + £2,073 benefit allowance (Pay award pending)**

Some of the key responsibilities are:

- To effectively manage the Council’s tenanted land and property assets, undertake lettings and ensure tenant’s compliance with repairing and other covenants.
- To carry about valuations of Council owned properties for various purposes.
- Assist with the Council’s land and property disposal programme.
