Junior Software Tester / Support Analyst - Lancaster

We are looking for a software tester for a role in Lancaster, you will be responsible for the full software testing lifecycle (STLC) and would be involved in all stages of the testing from the initiation of development to the creation of test scripts. You would be testing Graphical User Interfaces (GUIs) and working with SQL so any experience in these fields would be beneficial, but not necessary. Any Manual or Automation testing experience will be considered for this role and you'll have the opportunity to learn and develop any skills which you are missing. This role also comes with an aspect of customer support for individuals using these systems, so any experience working in a customer facing / support role would also be beneficial but not necessary. You would need to be a reliable, determined and flexible individual who is able to communicate clearly with the public, in order to help them to resolve issues.
