We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Specialist Learning Support Assistant with expertise in supporting students with communication and interaction needs, such as Autism, at our outstanding secondary school. As a key member of our enrichment team, you will play a vital role in enabling students to overcome barriers, achieve their academic goals, and build valuable life skills. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, patience and empathy as you provide one-on-one or small group support to SEN students with communication and interaction needs, both inside and outside the classroom.
