Do you have experience working in a customer facing role? Looking for that next great move in your career? Then we have an exciting new opportunity for you as a Part Time Customer Service Advisor within our friendly team based in Cheltenham.

Joining us as a Customer Service Advisor in our office based in Cheltenham, means you'll have the benefit of working Monday to Friday, earn a basic salary relative to your experience as well as a generous bonus structure. This role is just 25 hours a week, Monday - Friday. The role would suit someone looking to work within school hours and we would consider someone looking for to do a 4 day working week too.

The office is based in the centre of Cheltenham which is home to many cafes, shops and excellent transport links and a variety of parking options are available if needed within just a 10-minute walk from the office.

Our friendly team are extremely sociable with monthly team days in the office where there are different games and activities to build those great working relationships. The team are also frequently rewarded with free lunches, award ceremonies and other activities such as team building events, summer parties and Christmas parties.

Lots of training is provided when you join us and a 3-week induction gives you the chance to learn all about the types of products. You will then have an 8 week training academy providing you with all the necessary support to ensure you feel confident in the role.

**So, what does the role of a Customer Service Advisor here involve?**
- Build positive relationships with customers, Insurers and other external stakeholders providing advice and solutions as required
- Take personal responsibility for own development and ensuring knowledge and expertise is kept up to date
- Working in a regulated financial environment you will be trained to play an important role in helping the company ensure regulations are followed to protect our customers

Someone who is focused on giving the best possible experience to our customers, if you have a background in retail or hospitality that would be an advantage but isn’t essential. You will need to enjoy working in a team, helping and supporting others and be driven to achieve all our team goals and objectives. Having attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly and a positive attitude is also a must.
