**Service Advisor - Yeomans Skoda Indian Queens**

We are currently looking to expand our Indian Queens Service Department to meet increased customer demand, so now recruiting for a highly motivated Service Advisor to join our team at Yeomans Skoda Indian Queens.

This customer focused role requires exceptional communication skills with the ability to follow procedures and instructions in a busy working environment. With a key element of the position focused around telephone call handling, previous experience in telephone communications, as well as skills in IT literacy are essential.

**Key responsibilities Include**:

- Making and receiving calls, to and from our customers whose vehicles require maintenance attention
- Converting these contacts into workshop bookings
- Appropriately up selling related products and service as applicable

Good interpersonal skills are key to your success in the role, as is your ability to work from your own initiative.

**Salary**: £24,473.60 per year
