Role Summary:
To support the Warehouse team in managing both intake and receiving of fresh produce to support the Packhouse to meet customer orders.

This requires attention to detail and working in a high pace environment to ensure that our customer receive their full orders in the time specified.

Main Responsibilities:

- Mix pallets accurately and ensure that the pallet is to customer specification with regards to presentation.
- Scan all pallets accurately ensuring correct pallet number/job number is used as per instructions given on pick lists.
- Scan all pallets to load plan ensuring that pallet information is recorded.
- Load pallets onto vehicles in a safe and effective manner ensuring the load is secured as required by the customer/haulier when required.
- For Intake, unloading of vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
- Undertake order picking
- Ensure safe and efficient movement of pallets around the site both for warehouse and packhouse functions. Ensure all movements are recorded.
- To complete Stock counting in areas as indicated by the management.
- To ensure all paperwork is completed to a satisfactory level, this includes but not limited to Intake Sheets, Pick lists, Load Plans & MHE Check Sheets.
- Support the Warehouse in achieving and maintaining a productive, quality focused and cost-effective operation, by optimization of all resources and materials.
- Ensure all MHE checks are reported daily
- Continuously look for ways to improve the business processes of the Warehouse.
- Maintain high levels of Health, Safety, Hygiene, housekeeping and contamination practices and standards in your work area.
- Adhere to all relevant customer, industry and legislative standards i.e. British Retail Consortium (BRC), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), T
- Communicate effectively with the Warehouse management and report any non-conformances.
