We are looking for a **Scheduling Analyst** to join our team in Heywood.

**Salary**: £36000 p/a
Duration: 12 months fixed term contract.

**Job Summary**:
The role supports the day to day scheduling team and general operational support of the business. Creating and circulating reports in a timely fashion according to the business needs. Highlighting risk with immediate escalation where applicable. This roleshould also support the ongoing process improvement agenda the help further the departmental keep performance indicators and overall success.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
Support the scheduling team in daily reporting and analysis against KPI's
Maintenance and development of the scheduling database
Maintenance and development of analysis and scheduling tools
Identify recommendations towards the enhancement of reporting, processes and KPI's
Automation of existing reports where functionality allows using Data Lake, CMI and Power BI
Necessary checks and controls on data integrity and reliability and monitored
Accurate and timely delivery of departmental reporting requirements
Ensuring training documents are up to date for identified processes
Operational support through collaboration with the wider business to develop new tools and methodologies

**Technical Competencies**:
Experience creating reports within Power BI and business objects
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Access is essential
Advanced knowledge of VBA is essential
Strong numerical reasoning and logical thinking skills
Systems oriented, analytical approach
Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve problems in a systematic way
Can analyse data to demonstrate results concisely, and recommend improvement to the Management Team
Ability to organise and prioritise workloads in a high pressured environment
