Dunedin Complex Care is nurse owned and led. All care provided is designed by the client to ensure a truly bespoke approach. As nurses we take great care in supporting our teams to deliver the best they can - giving the support and confidence needed.

We are currently seeking experienced female care assistants to support a young lady in Milton Keynes in Buckinghamshire. We are looking for people who really do care and want to feel proud about the work they do each and every day. Our client is ventilated overnight and requires a team around her who are caring and skilled (or keen to learn). All clinical training provided but experience of supporting people with spinal cord injuries or intermittent catheterisation would be beneficial.

All training can be provided, as long as you have the right approach. Experience of delivering care in peoples own homes is also beneficial but we will provide any training you need or wish to have. Complex Care experience is very beneficial especially experience with tracheostomy care/ventilation.

We are looking for part or full time Complex Care Assistants to work days - 8am until 4pm, waking nights 8.30pm until 7:30am or a combination of the two. Dunedin Complex Care also wishes to ensure the team have a healthy work/life balance - therefore rotas are prepared at least 6 weeks in advance - rolling where possible - and we would never ask you to work more than 2 weekends in a month (unless you wanted to).

Our leading employment package includes:

- Excellent rates of pay FROM £14.00 per hour
- £14 per hour Monday to Friday, £15.00 per hour Evenings and Saturday.
- £16 per hour Sundays and £19.00 per hour Bank Holidays.
- 6 weeks paid annual leave

- Proper Contracts - not zero hours
- Full training for the role and provision of all certificates
- Local nurse training and support

**Salary**: £15.00-£19.00 per hour
